The OptiPipe system monitors fuel pipelines for leaks. OptiPipe utilizes acoustic analysis to detect distinct sounds generated by leaks. This enables the rapid identification of the leak location.

OptiPipe systems are capable of detecting attempts to tamper with or intrude upon fuel pipelines. OptiPipe records vibrations and oscillations caused by manipulation or attempts to damage the pipeline, enabling early detection.

Structural Strain Monitoring

OptiPipe monitors the stress and deformation of fuel pipelines. By detecting changes in stress and strain distribution along the entire length of the pipeline, the OptiPipe system identifies areas of increased stress or potential failure points, enabling appropriate maintenance actions to be taken.

External Threat Detection

OptiPipe detects external threats such as ground settlement, ground movements, or temperature changes that can impact the stability of the pipeline. Changes in acoustics recorded by the Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) system can indicate these threats and enable appropriate preventive actions to be taken.

OptiPipe systems monitor pipelines for mechanical damage, such as scratches, cracks, or deformations. OptiPipe records changes in acoustics caused by interactions with the pipeline, enabling the detection and localization of damage, thus facilitating the necessary repairs to be conducted.

OptiPipe systems can monitor temperature along fuel pipelines. Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) records changes in temperature distribution, allowing for the detection of areas with elevated temperature, potential overheating, or insulation issues.
